I've been writing (mostly slash) fan fiction since 1984. First there was Star Trek (Kirk/Spock), then Starsky/Hutch, with a brief foray into Twin Peaks (Cooper/Truman), then The Sentinel (Jim/Blair), and back to Starsky/Hutch. Despite most of my stories being slash, I'm probably most known for my hurt/comfort.

Own A Racehorse Affordably
I absolutely love the model that these folks have set up for racehorse ownership. It's a small one-time passive investment (usually $60-$300) in a horse (occasionally more than one for a package deal) with a very modern, forward-thinking organization. They provide a tremendous amount of content to help promote the ownership experience, from personal visits with the horse to videos to hosting Facebook parties (in lieu of being on-track in COVID times). I invested in one horse in July 2019, thinking it would be just a fun little side thing, and a year later I own in 16, and intend to keep buying a share in any new horse offered.
